## The problem

Programme information was spread across spreadsheets, emails and documents, from lab reports to each property’s approvals.

## The solution

### 1. Lab reports

Reports received by email are read and turned into data. The PDF is kept, and doubtful readings go to human review.

### 2. Approvals

Stages, owners, versioned documents, deadlines and e-signature in the same flow.

### 3. Sensors

Temperature, dissolved oxygen and flow arrive over 4G, with reading and receipt times.

### 4. Access

Filters by cooperative and period, respecting each user’s access, from manager to producer.
