The problem

Invitations, attendance, results, certificates and surveys were tracked by hand in separate spreadsheets and documents. It was hard to follow each event from start to finish.

The solution

    Event setup

    The event is created in the system and appears in the website catalogue.

    Registration

    Invitations, vouchers and registration. Attendees validate access with voucher and ID.

  3. 3

    Attendance

    Attendance control and surveys, with a final report of the answers.

    Certificate

    Certificate released on the site or app, after the survey if required.

Results

  • 2–5 minto create a new event
  • 8 stagesof the process in the same system

Time as reported by the manager of the unit served.
